Agreement and adult eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a membership or using protected content, you agree to these terms and the Privacy and Refund Policies. You must be at least 18, legally capable of contracting, and permitted to view this content where you are located. Do not use the service where access is unlawful.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, maintain one personal account unless authorized otherwise, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our breach of duty or prohibited by law. Accounts and access may not be sold, shared or transferred.

Plans, price and automatic renewal

A plan may cover the complete library or only the named athlete shown at checkout. The checkout screen controls the applicable price, currency, billing interval, introductory amount and renewal amount. Taxes may be added where required.

Recurring memberships automatically renew and Stripe charges the saved payment method at the disclosed interval until renewal is cancelled. By completing checkout, you authorize those recurring charges. We will provide notices required by applicable law.

Digital delivery

Protected digital content is made available immediately after successful payment and entitlement confirmation. By completing checkout and accepting these Terms, you expressly request immediate performance before any applicable statutory withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that an applicable withdrawal right may be lost once digital delivery begins. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Cancellation and expiration

You may cancel future renewal through the account page. Cancellation normally preserves access until the prepaid end date displayed in your account; it does not automatically refund the current period. Access may end sooner after a refund, charge reversal, payment failure, fraud finding or material breach. Your basic WordPress account may remain for login, records or later reactivation.

Limited content license

During eligible paid access, FLEXINGZONE grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to privately stream content included in your membership for personal, non-commercial viewing. No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred.

Prohibited conduct

• Downloading where no download feature is provided, screen recording, copying, rebroadcasting, redistribution, resale or public display.
• Sharing credentials, defeating geographic or membership controls, extracting private player URLs, scraping, automated access or reverse engineering.
• Interfering with security, testing vulnerabilities without written permission, uploading malware, fraud, harassment or unlawful use.
• Removing notices, impersonating others, infringing privacy or intellectual-property rights, or using content to train systems or datasets without written permission.

Catalog and service availability

Titles, athletes, resolution and availability may change for editorial, contractual, technical or legal reasons. We may maintain, modify or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but mandatory remedies for defective digital services remain available where applicable.

Enforcement and termination

We may investigate misuse and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, payment failure, fraud, legal compliance or a material breach. When appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious piracy or security abuse may result in immediate restriction and legal action.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and implied warranties are disclaimed. FLEXINGZONE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits or loss caused by events outside reasonable control. Any aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid to FLEXINGZONE during the preceding twelve months.

These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights.

Law, disputes and severability

Applicable law and competent courts are determined by the operator’s place of establishment, subject always to non-waivable protections and local courts available to consumers. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. If any term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

Changes and communications

We may update these terms for legal, security, operational or service changes. The updated date will be shown and material changes will receive additional notice where required. Electronic account, checkout and email records may be used to document notices, consent, orders and cancellations.
