Scope and contact

This policy applies when you visit FLEXINGZONE, create or use an account, buy or manage a membership, stream protected content, or contact support. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to support.flexingzone@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Identifiers and contact details, including username, email address and account ID.
• Membership, checkout and transaction records, including plan, amount, currency, order reference, renewal, cancellation and access dates.
• Technical and usage data, including IP address, browser, device, approximate location derived from IP, cookie identifiers, login and security logs, pages viewed and player events.
• Messages, support requests, survey responses and other information you choose to provide.

Sources of information

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from service providers involved in payments, hosting, fraud prevention, analytics, communications and video delivery. We do not ask Stripe to provide us with your complete payment-card number.

Purposes and legal bases

• Perform our contract by creating accounts, processing memberships and delivering entitled content.
• Comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, sanctions and other legal obligations.
• Pursue legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing fraud, enforcing our terms, supporting users and improving performance, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Use consent where applicable law requires it, including for certain non-essential cookies or marketing communications; consent may be withdrawn for future processing.

Service providers and disclosures

WordPress and Paid Memberships Pro maintain account and entitlement records; Stripe processes payments; Vimeo delivers protected video; hosting, security, email, analytics and support providers process the limited data required for their services. Current integrations may include Bluehost/Newfold, Automattic/Jetpack and Google services.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate fraud, enforce agreements, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money.

International transfers

Providers may process information in countries different from yours. Where required, transfers are supported by an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. Provider privacy terms may independently govern information they collect as separate controllers.

Cookies and similar technology

Essential cookies keep accounts signed in, protect checkout and preserve security settings. Analytics, performance or embedded-media technologies may measure use and deliver Vimeo playback. You can use available consent controls and browser settings, although blocking essential storage may prevent login, checkout or streaming.

Retention

Account and membership records are kept while needed to provide the service. Transaction, consent and tax records may be retained for the legally required period; security logs for a proportionate period; and support records while reasonably necessary for follow-up, disputes or legal claims. Data is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to backups and legal holds.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of qualifying sale, sharing or targeted advertising; and appeal or complain to a regulator. California residents may also have rights to know, correct, delete, limit and receive non-discriminatory treatment. We may verify your identity and may retain information where an exception applies.

Security, adults and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

FLEXINGZONE is intended only for adults aged 18 or older and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Material policy changes will be posted with a revised update date and, where required, additional notice.

Agreement and adult eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a membership or using protected content, you agree to these terms and the Privacy and Refund Policies. You must be at least 18, legally capable of contracting, and permitted to view this content where you are located. Do not use the service where access is unlawful.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, maintain one personal account unless authorized otherwise, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our breach of duty or prohibited by law. Accounts and access may not be sold, shared or transferred.

Plans, price and automatic renewal

A plan may cover the complete library or only the named athlete shown at checkout. The checkout screen controls the applicable price, currency, billing interval, introductory amount and renewal amount. Taxes may be added where required.

Recurring memberships automatically renew and Stripe charges the saved payment method at the disclosed interval until renewal is cancelled. By completing checkout, you authorize those recurring charges. We will provide notices required by applicable law.

Digital delivery

Protected digital content is made available immediately after successful payment and entitlement confirmation. By completing checkout and accepting these Terms, you expressly request immediate performance before any applicable statutory withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that an applicable withdrawal right may be lost once digital delivery begins. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Cancellation and expiration

You may cancel future renewal through the account page. Cancellation normally preserves access until the prepaid end date displayed in your account; it does not automatically refund the current period. Access may end sooner after a refund, charge reversal, payment failure, fraud finding or material breach. Your basic WordPress account may remain for login, records or later reactivation.

Limited content license

During eligible paid access, FLEXINGZONE grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to privately stream content included in your membership for personal, non-commercial viewing. No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred.

Prohibited conduct

• Downloading where no download feature is provided, screen recording, copying, rebroadcasting, redistribution, resale or public display.
• Sharing credentials, defeating geographic or membership controls, extracting private player URLs, scraping, automated access or reverse engineering.
• Interfering with security, testing vulnerabilities without written permission, uploading malware, fraud, harassment or unlawful use.
• Removing notices, impersonating others, infringing privacy or intellectual-property rights, or using content to train systems or datasets without written permission.

Catalog and service availability

Titles, athletes, resolution and availability may change for editorial, contractual, technical or legal reasons. We may maintain, modify or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but mandatory remedies for defective digital services remain available where applicable.

Enforcement and termination

We may investigate misuse and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, payment failure, fraud, legal compliance or a material breach. When appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious piracy or security abuse may result in immediate restriction and legal action.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and implied warranties are disclaimed. FLEXINGZONE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits or loss caused by events outside reasonable control. Any aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid to FLEXINGZONE during the preceding twelve months.

These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights.

Law, disputes and severability

Applicable law and competent courts are determined by the operator’s place of establishment, subject always to non-waivable protections and local courts available to consumers. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. If any term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

Changes and communications

We may update these terms for legal, security, operational or service changes. The updated date will be shown and material changes will receive additional notice where required. Electronic account, checkout and email records may be used to document notices, consent, orders and cancellations.

Cancellation is not a refund

Cancelling through your account stops future recurring charges and normally keeps access open through the current prepaid end date. It does not automatically reverse a completed charge or create a prorated refund for unused time.

Immediate digital access

Membership is digital content supplied immediately after successful payment. By accepting the Terms and completing checkout, you request immediate performance and acknowledge the effect on any applicable statutory withdrawal right. A policy cannot exclude mandatory rights, including remedies for content or service that is not supplied as promised.

Requests we will review

• A duplicate charge or an amount materially different from the checkout disclosure.
• A charge you reasonably believe was unauthorized, subject to account and payment verification.
• A sustained technical failure attributable to FLEXINGZONE that prevented reasonable access and was not resolved after support was contacted.
• Another circumstance in which a refund or withdrawal right is required by applicable law.

Normally non-refundable circumstances

Subject to mandatory law, change of mind after digital access begins, partial use, failure to cancel before renewal, forgetting about the subscription, dissatisfaction with a particular title, or device and connection problems outside our control normally do not qualify for a refund. We may still grant a discretionary refund without creating an obligation for future cases.

How to request review

• Email support.flexingzone@gmail.com promptly from the address linked to the account.
• Include the account username, order date, amount, currency, invoice or order reference and a concise explanation.
• Include relevant screenshots where helpful, but never send your password, security code or complete card number.

Investigation and decision

We may verify WordPress, PMPro, Stripe, access and support records and request information reasonably necessary to authenticate the account or transaction. We will communicate the outcome to the account email. Fraudulent or abusive requests may result in account restriction.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-network processing times are outside our control. A full or material refund may immediately end the corresponding membership access and does not necessarily cancel a separate active subscription unless confirmed.

Chargebacks and mandatory rights

Contacting support first may resolve billing errors faster, but nothing here limits a lawful right to contact your bank, payment provider or consumer authority. Dishonest chargebacks may lead to suspension and recovery of permitted costs. This policy is always subject to rights that cannot be excluded or waived.
